Drums recorded July-October 2017 in practice room G38 at Albany Street Studios, Dunedin, New Zealand
Guitars recorded July 2017 and June 2019, and re-amplified at home July and November 2019
Mixed November 2019 and February 2020

The track titles come from the Corpus Hermeticum (they represent the past).
The EP title comes from The Middle Pillar by Israel Regardie (it mostly represents the recent past, but also the present and the future).

Track five is dedicated to my step-brother, Jaydon Tackney (01/09/1998 - 25/11/2019). I know you don't like this kind of music, but it was stuck in my head all day after I heard the news.
